Moitas Beach is close to the beautiful hill town of Monte Estoril. Small and bordered by the coastal promenade, it is near the Monte Estoril railway station and there are a number of bars and cafes nearby. It has an Atlantic salt water swimming pool. An EEC blue flag beach, the average summer sea water temperature is 17-19°C. There are facilities for the disabled, and the beach is suitable for surfing, body boarding and diving. Umbrellas can be hired.
